Trail mix – when things have to go quickly!
Tips for the fridge
At some point you'll have enough of kebabs, burgers, pizza and cafeteria food. Something of your own should be on the table. But it shouldn't be too complicated and can be done quickly even at night. That's how it's done:
This is what you should always have in your kitchen: pasta, rice, potatoes, cheese, eggs, milk, flour, sugar, onions, tuna, tomatoes and tomato paste, frozen vegetables. You can use it to make pasta with tomato-tuna sauce, potato-vegetable pans or a few egg tarts. It's quick and always tastes good. You have no idea how? Here are the recipes:
1. Cook pasta. Cut tomatoes and onions, fry onions, add tomatoes, add tomato paste, deglaze with water, add 1 can of tuna, season with salt and pepper and serve with the pasta. Preparation time: approx. 15 minutes
2. Defrost vegetables (a little tip: it's quicker in the sink with warm water), boil potatoes, heat oil in a pan or wok, fry potatoes and vegetables, refine with salt, pepper and - if available - herbs or coconut milk. Alternatively, rice can also be served as a side dish. Preparation time: approx. 25 minutes
3. 4 eggs, 400 g flour, 400 ml milk, 200 g sugar, 1 pack of vanilla sugar, 1 pinch of salt. Separate the eggs, mix the egg yolks and all other ingredients, beat and fold in the egg whites, heat some oil in a pan, pour the batter into the pan and wait until the egg tart is golden brown, turn it over and stack it on a plate. By the way, it also tastes good cold and as a snack during breaks.
