This is your sport type and these sports suit you!
Type: The Cozy One
(1-4 points)
You simply don't have time for sports or you can't get yourself up and go to an indoor gym to exercise yourself physically. You go to university on two wheels - after all, cycling is also a sport, right? In summer you like to go to the outdoor pool or the lake and do a few laps there. Not bad at all, because swimming is one of the healthiest sports. Every now and then you go jogging because cross-country skiing keeps you fit! You can also play badminton with friends. If you want to regain your inner balance, go to yoga .
Type: The figure-conscious person
(5-8 points)
If you want to do sports, then do sports that consciously shape your body. After all, sport is there to keep a good figure. For example, women go to aerobics or Zumba ; Men are into weightlifting . Gym membership is mandatory. If that's too boring for you, go to Cross Fit. If men want to show each other not just muscles but strength, they get into the ring. Wrestling is therefore on the rise again. Of all the sports, bed sports are the most fun for you because you can really exert yourself and show off your body ;)
Type: The BALLed
(9-12 points)
You're not afraid of something round rushing towards you. You can coordinate well and play with it. But NO, it's not about your girlfriend's two companions. We're actually still talking about sports. At school you were already an ace at every ball sport: football , basketball , handball , tennis or even fireball . It's important to you to play as a team and get your adrenaline pumping. In your sports you need a result at the end, but don't forget to have fun. The sense of community is what these sports give you.
Type: The Fighter
(13-16 points)
Compared to the BALLed type, you also need adrenaline and someone who can compete with you. But the competition actually has to develop into a kind of fight. You need a tough duel. Boxing , judo or kung fu are sports in which you can prove to your sports partner that you are number 1! Speed, coordination, concentration and self-confidence are required to the highest degree here. Are you looking for cool sports in the snow? Then off to the Snowdays !
