Have climate-friendly fun and make a clear statement for environmental protection - that's what the Silent Climate Parade eV aims to do!
The demo of the same name, the Silent Climate Parade (SCP), will take place for the 5th time in Berlin on August 24, 2013. The 9-person team of the Silent Climate Parade, consisting of students of social and business communication, political science and media management, among others, wants to build a sustainable future that is fun.
The Silent Climate Parade is a silent disco by and for students that combines its message with celebration. During the elevator, DJs play on an electric car. The DJs' music reaches the participants via wireless headphones, which are handed out before the demo. For outsiders it remains quiet. In addition to DJs from the Berlin electro scene and action artists, organizations such as BUND, Greenpeace and WWF will also be there this year!
