It doesn't matter whether you want an iPhone or prefer a Samsung mobile device. The principle is simple, because you simply exchange your old smartphone for a brand new one. How does cell phone swapping work?
The prerequisite for the congstar cell phone exchange option is that the customer not only orders a smartphone from congstar, but also books a tariff. The contract must have a term of at least 24 months. The additionally booked cell phone exchange option from congstar expires automatically after twelve months and can be extended with the cell phone exchange.
After just 12 months, you choose a new smartphone and, once you receive it, send your old device back to congstar. This is then checked by the mobile phone provider. If the cell phone you send in is fully functional and has only minor signs of use, the cell phone exchange will go through! Pretty easy then.
