Convince in 60 seconds
The Company SLAM offers a special highlight.
Just in time for the opening of the congress at 10 a.m., company representatives will take the podium and present something funny, interesting, informative or something that has never been seen before in a maximum of 60 seconds. The additional congress program afterwards offers many more suggestions and exciting topics, especially for career starters.
Application for one-on-one discussions
If you would like to prepare intensively for the discussions with the companies at women&work, you can register for pre-scheduled one-on-one discussions with the exhibiting companies by April 30th. Students from all disciplines who are looking for internships or a company to support their thesis, graduates from all disciplines, returnees or women who are already in the job but are planning a job change can register.
Learn from female leaders
If you are specifically looking for contact with female managers and would like to get tips from experienced women, you can talk to numerous mentors from different companies at women&work. “Bitkom Speedmentoring” is the name of the format, which is aimed at young professionals with up to five years of professional experience.

Main topic 2019: Humanism 4.0
The core question is: What distinguishes humans from machines? Answers to this question will be sought in over 50 lectures. We will discuss this with, among others, the neurobiologist Prof. Gerald Hüther, who is well-known in the media.
