The 26-year-old applied to us after completing her studies in electrical engineering and computer science and was immediately hired as a trainee in the Industry 4.0 area. Soukaina loves math and working on solutions for the future of mechanical engineering. Find out more about Soukaina in the blog .
But how does a trainee program at Schneider Electric actually work? With us, every trainee receives an individual trainee plan that is drawn up together with the manager. The trainee starts in the area of the target function and then goes through an individual program that consists of various modules and projects. In the case of Soukaina, the objective function is that of the application engineer. In order to prepare Soukaina for this, she gets to know various projects inside and outside of Germany during her traineeship.
