The topic
“Technological disruption” is on everyone’s lips. Services, products and working methods have fundamentally changed in many industries over the last few years. There are also a number of challenges but also opportunities for the rail supply industry. What is your strategy for making full use of the opportunities offered by technological change and for Knorr-Bremse to sustainably secure its global market leadership?
The program
An eventful summer weekend awaits you in Munich. On Thursday we get to know each other over dinner together in our office right next to the English Garden. Friday starts with a training session. We will show you the basics of consulting as well as new agile working techniques that we use in our daily work. The afternoon is all about “Knorr-Bremse”. We visit the development center of our cooperation partner. You're guaranteed a look behind the scenes! Saturday is case day. You work on a future case as a team and present your results to a high-ranking jury. The winning group wins an internship and we celebrate the completion of the project in Munich's nightlife.
