After your studies, get started with Stuzubi
For the second time, the Stuzubi career fair for students and young professionals in Munich on Friday, January 12th will inform students and university graduates about current job offers, trainee programs and internships with attractive employers as well as future-oriented master's programs at renowned universities. Exhibitors from the private sector, the public sector and the university sector are represented at the trade fair. Admission is free.
After the successful debut of the Stuzubi for students and young professionals this year, the career fair in Munich is now starting its second round. Companies, universities, associations and public institutions will inform visitors about their job and study offers on Friday, January 12th, from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the Zenith. The exhibitors include companies and institutions from all sectors such as RTL 2, CHECK 24, McDonalds, Webasto, the Federal Intelligence Service, the Munich Chamber of Tax Consultants, Academic Work and the Caritas Association of the Archdiocese of Munich-Freising. Also included are successful start-ups such as the much-discussed company Lilium, which is working on small aircraft for local transport, and FlixMobility with its long-distance bus division Flixbus. Universities from all over Bavaria are also represented: the Munich University of Applied Sciences, the Weihenstephan University of Applied Sciences, the FOM University of Economics, the Rosenheim University of Applied Sciences, the Otto Friedrich University of Bamberg, the Coburg University of Applied Sciences and many more. The trade fair's all-day lecture series also offers interesting information. Trade fair visitors can also get tips for a successful application in the application corner, discuss career and study-related topics with experts in the speakers corner or exchange ideas with young entrepreneurs in the start-up corner.
Start-up pitch: A highlight is the start-up pitch at 4:30 p.m., which Stuzubi carries out in cooperation with the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM) and where the award-winning company receives prize money of 1,000 euros. Start-ups can apply for the pitch by Monday, December 11, 2017 at marketing@stuzubi.de with a presentation of their company.
Patrons: Federal Minister of Education Johanna Wanka, the Bavarian Minister of Culture Ludwig Spaenle and the Mayor of Munich Dieter Reiter have taken over the patronage of the Stuzubi in Munich.
Networking: In addition to its function as a career fair, Stuzubi also offers numerous opportunities to make contacts and network. This applies to both trade fair visitors and exhibitors and creates a unique platform for mutual exchange, especially for young companies, but also associations and institutions.
