Yes, the semester break – a wonderful time full of relaxation and extended laziness. The thought of exams seems a long way off. But they will come back next semester! It's good that we've already taken precautions and have five tips for you that will help you get through the exam phase with ease.
Always remember: you are not alone! You can do it!
provide overview
Sort your documents, categorize them and keep everything neatly organized. When you can see how much you've already accomplished and what's still ahead of you, you'll feel much calmer and be able to manage your time better.
Sleep and breaks
Save yourself the trouble of making coffee at three in the morning! Because you “learn” even in your sleep: off into the dream world for 7-9 hours, because that’s where what you’ve learned is processed and manifests itself in the brain. You should always take breaks throughout the day - afterward you will learn more concentratedly.
There has to be a reward
Chapter completed? Was everything correct when querying? Great, then you can now do something that you really enjoy and relaxes. Treat yourself to a piece of cake, an episode of your favorite series or meet up with friends. This makes the learning phase all the more bearable and motivates you to study.
Exams “disempower”
If you put yourself under a lot of pressure, stop and always remember - studying is important, but messing up exams/grades is not the end of the world. As long as you prepare well, you don't have to blame yourself. Why are there second attempts?
