Live and learn Down Under: FOM University starts Summer School Australia

Deepen your linguistic and economic skills during the day and enjoy student life in Sydney in the evening: The four-week Summer School Australia of the IOM Institute for Economics and Management, which is part of the FOM University, offers working people the opportunity to gain experience abroad Down Under. The new offer starts on January 6th, 2014 and the registration deadline is October 31st, 2013.
Participants attend four English-language modules at the renowned International College of Management Sydney (ICMS): marketing trends, research, project management, reorganization, restructuring and a seminar on the scientific thesis. Each of these modules is supplemented by case studies and ends with an exam. Anyone who studies business administration or international management at the FOM University can have four or three of these modules credited towards their studies. There are individual solutions for participants in other study programs.
“Experience shows: Professionals with international experience and good language skills are particularly sought after by companies,” explains FOM Rector Prof. Dr. Burghard Hermeier praised the university's commitment. “However, part-time students in particular cannot afford a longer break in order to gain the relevant experience.” That is why the FOM University runs a whole range of programs that can also be completed parallel to the job – from language courses to international seminars and conferences further summer schools in Murcia, Spain, and Charlotte, USA. The non-profit FOM University is part of the BildungsCentrum der Wirtschaft (BCW) foundation in Essen. The university currently has around 22,700 students in 32 cities in Germany. What's special: You complete the state-recognized and accredited bachelor's and master's degree programs alongside your job or training.
