Under the motto “Tasty, cheap and fast” we want to cook with you every two weeks.
The new semester is here. In order to make the transition from the semester break into the winter semester a little easier, we want to work with you today to prepare something not only for the eyes, but also for your well-being: a delicious and guaranteed not low-calorie chocolate cake with nuts
Ingredients:
200g flour
300g sugar
200 g ground nuts
80g cocoa powder
1 pack of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
5 eggs
200 ml oil
200 ml mineral water
Apple pieces
Chocolate icing, chocolate chips
Preparation:
It couldn't be easier...
1. Mix all ingredients one after the other
2. Grease a cake tin and sprinkle with breadcrumbs
3. Preheat oven to 150-175 degrees
4. Bake the cake for about 60 minutes
5. Allow the cake to cool, spread with chocolate icing (sprinkle with grated chocolate and crushed nuts to taste)
