Under the motto “Tasty, cheap and fast” we want to cook with you every two weeks.
Today we are preparing a salad that fills you up and is still very light and tastes really good!
Ingredients:
300 g pasta (spirals)
300g chicken, cooked
100 g leek
100g cheese
150 g yogurt
Mayonnaise (or salad dressing)
Salt pepper
2 cans of tangerines
curry
Preparation:
1. Boil the noodles and rinse them
2. Sprinkle with curry powder and let cool
3. Dice the chicken
4. Add diced chicken to the noodles and mix
5. Cook the leeks for 5 minutes and rinse
6. Add the leek to the pasta
7. Add 1 can of tangerines and juice
8. Season with salt and pepper
9. Add yogurt or salad dressing and mix well
10. Let it sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours
11. Add another can of tangerines and diced cheese and mix
So you get three dishes in one: a salad, a main course and a dessert.
