Mai-Tai sorbet is prepared in the month of May. In Tahitian, Mai-Tai means “good”. We want to try out whether it actually tastes that good.
Ingredients:
240 ml orange juice
240 ml pineapple juice
120 ml lemon juice
60 ml grenadine
150 ml rum
45 ml orange liqueur
60 ml apricot liqueur
0.5 egg white
200 grams of fresh raspberries
Preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients (except the raspberries) together
2. Pre-cool well
3. Freeze into sorbet in the ice chamber
4. Pre-cool glasses in the ice compartment
5. Pour the sorbet into the glasses and garnish with the raspberries
After a portion of this sorbet, you shouldn't get behind the wheel again
