According to Wikipedia, the first potatoes were eaten 13,000 years ago. Since then, our food product range has become much more diverse. But potatoes are still a staple food. Baked, fried or boiled, potatoes are always at the top of the lists of Germans' TOP favorite foods.
Ingredients:
4 large potatoes
60g butter
90g cheese
1 pinch of salt, pepper
Parsley
90g ham
milk
Preparation:
1. Bake the potatoes at 200° for one hour then scoop them out with a spoon
2. Mash the inside of the potato with the milk and then mix
3. Grate the cheese, dice the ham
4. Gradually add all the ingredients and continue mixing
5. Stuff the filling into the potatoes
6. Bake the stuffed potatoes at 200° for 15 minutes.
Instead of ham you can also use mushrooms or chicken. The perfect accompaniment to the baked potatoes is a fresh salad.
