Is job sharing generally also interesting for students? Can you start with job sharing straight away as a career starter?

At the same time, they can bring in their fresh perspective! Are the chances of getting a job-sharing position better if you already have professional experience?

This certainly depends on the company in question. For example, on our platform you will only find companies that are open to the topic of job sharing. Some companies deliberately want to bring great young talent into the company at an early stage through job sharing because they want to reduce their average age. There are simply fewer and fewer young people in this country. We should dare to communicate what we want.
