Since a lot of vitamins, minerals and proteins are needed to cope with stressful situations , Christoph Brand, the boss of the catering company “Flying Chefs”, uses his wooden spoon to provide real nourishment for the nerves . The food used helps the body and mind's empty energy reserves, goes easy on the wallet and replaces potato chips, gummy bears etc. with little effort.

Rolled salmon , ideal to take with you to the university library and ready in 10 minutes!
Ingredients for one person:
- 1/2 apples without skins, coarsely grated
- 1/2 tsp horseradish
- Juice of 1/4 lemon
- 3 slices of smoked salmon
- 1 stick of celery, finely chopped
- 1 wrap, preferably made from wholemeal flour
- Salt, pepper from the mill
- Honey to taste
- Leaves of iceberg lettuce or another fresh salad
PREPARATION
Mix apples, horseradish, lemon juice and sour cream or Greek yogurt together well and season with salt, pepper and honey. Spread out the wrap, spread the apple mixture evenly over it, place a lettuce leaf on top, sprinkle the finely chopped celery on top and finally place the smoked salmon on top. Roll up the wrap very tightly and secure with aluminum foil or bread paper.
