Philip Reichert completed the Discover trainee program in technology at Vodafone. Since September 2015 he has been working as a project manager for major customer projects in the Technology Enterprise sector. Philip completed his Masters in International Business with a focus on Business Intelligence at Maastricht University.

Vodafone offered me many funding opportunities in a wide variety of areas. What impressed me most, however, was the opportunity to contribute myself. As a trainee, you are a new 'idea giver' and bring different perspectives to projects, which is very valued at Vodafone. The flat hierarchies were very beneficial. Everyone meets on the same level. For example, we trainees ran in our social project, a charity run on the Vodafone Campus, together with our then CEO Jens Schulte-Bockum and other managers for the children of an integrative kindergarten. Vodafone is not just about mobile communications, but about mobility in every form. From this point of view, Vodafone and I fit together wonderfully because I like to travel. I'm somewhere else every weekend and like to switch off my cell phone in my free time. Work-life balance is important so that you can give your 100% to your job.«
