The story
Over two decades have passed since Sarah Connor prevented the Day of Judgment, changed the future and rewritten the fate of humanity. Dani Ramos (Natalia Reyes) is living a simple life in Mexico City with her brother (Diego Boneta) and father when a sophisticated, deadly new Terminator - a Rev-9 (Gabriel Luna) - travels back through time to kill them to track down and kill. Dani's life now lies in the hands of two fighters with whom she allies: Grace (Mackenzie Davis), an evolved super-soldier from the future, and the battle-hardened Sarah Connor (Linda Hamilton). As the Rev-9 destroys everything and everyone in its path on the hunt for Dani, the three women are led to a T-800 (Arnold Schwarzenegger) from Sarah's past, which could be their last hope.
