IMMEDIATELY provides inspiration for a constructive approach to the complex topic and is at the same time a relationship comedy that takes us into the turbulent everyday life of a young family - including all the ups and downs. We're giving away two free tickets a total of three times for the cinema release of EINGEIMPFFT on September 13th. To take part in the competition, all you have to do is answer the following question in the comment box below:
What is the name of Jessica and David's daughter?
The story
A child is born. The happy parents, Jessica and David, welcome their daughter Zaria with loving care and she is developing splendidly. But after just a few weeks, the family idyll is disrupted: the completely healthy little girl is supposed to be vaccinated against eight different diseases. Jessica is against it because of her bad experience with vaccination. She is afraid of side effects or even vaccine damage, while David is much more worried about the impending diseases, even though most of the dangerous epidemics have now been eradicated in our country.
Jessica's discomfort causes David to think intensively about something that was never an issue for him: he always considered vaccinations to be as natural as brushing his teeth. In order to keep the family peace, he decides to approach the problem in a professional manner: he now has the topic for his new film and his research soon shows that Jessica's gut feeling is not made up out of thin air. The question “Vaccination yes or no? When and what?” is a long-running favorite for parents at playgrounds, parties and daycare centers. But there is also a controversial debate among renowned scientists, as David soon discovers. While little Zaria grows and thrives, David begins his investigative research, which takes him halfway around the world and brings him together with researchers, those affected and doctors. But he soon realizes how important it is to make a decision soon, because measles is breaking out in the Berlin neighborhood and Jessica is pregnant again.
