Last week we set up a small survey on the subject of finance and insurance (see Facebook post ). First of all, we would of course like to thank everyone who took part - you have already received your voucher code for Bookya by email.
With the survey, we primarily wanted to find out whether you feel we have given you good advice when it comes to finances and insurance and where you still need advice.
And here comes our short evaluation:
Almost 90% of those surveyed answered that the topic of finance and insurance was important to very important to them. The sub-areas of liability and occupational disability insurance are of particular interest. But household contents and health insurance as well as the financial products checking account and credit card are also considered important. A large proportion of those surveyed are already thinking about their retirement provision - exactly half ticked this area as important. The areas of student loans, legal protection and accident insurance are less important.
The next questions in the survey dealt with the offers that allmaxx makes to you. Firstly, these are the special insurance rates that we negotiate for students and which appear in our Career Service section on our website. And secondly, this is our telephone service, where you can ask any questions about money and insurance. Almost two thirds of those surveyed knew neither our Career Service section nor our telephone service. And those who know our services rate it differently: everything from very good to not so good.
Our last question directly concerned your need for advice, i.e. the areas where you need more information and competent advice. The first priority here is occupational disability insurance, followed by legal protection and accident insurance.
We take the last answers in particular very seriously and as an opportunity to tailor our service even better to your needs.
