The story
What an animal-good life! After his many adventures, Bailey has made himself comfortable on Ethan (Dennis Quaid) and Hannah's (Marg Helgenberger) farm, tail wagging, partying with his new best friend CJ, Ethan's granddaughter, having tea parties or romping around in the garden. Everything seems perfect until one day CJ moves away with her mother (Betty Gilpin) and disappears from Bailey's life without a trace. As Bailey's soul prepares to once again leave this life for a new one, he promises Ethan to find CJ and protect her at all costs.
For the loyal furry friend, the adventurous journey through various dog lives begins again, full of countless exciting encounters with two-legged friends and the search for his beloved playmate.
