Woody, Buzz Lightyear and their friends are back! This time, Josh Cooley (Riley's First Date?) took the director's chair in the children's room. Together with producers Jonas Rivera (EVERYTHING'S UPside Down) and Mark Nielsen (executive producer EVERYTHING'S UPside down), he conjures up a fantastic and cheeky animated adventure on the screen that's about more than the life you know. For the cinema release of A TOY STORY: EVERYTHING STOP AT NO COMMAND on August 15th, we are giving away a total of two large fan packages , each consisting of a poster , a drinking cup , a beach ball and a Forky craft set . To take part in the competition, all you have to do is answer the following question in the comment box below:
What color are Forky's arms?
The story
Woody always knew his place in the (toy) universe, his priority was to look after “his” child, be it his old childhood friend Andy or sweet Bonnie. But when Bonnie adds a very unruly new toy to her collection, Woody's calmer nursery life comes to an end. Because Forky has a serious identity crisis and is convinced that he is not a toy. But what is he then? Garbage? In any case, Forky is sure that he is destined for something else. And he tries to prove it in an adventurous way. Together with old and new friends, Forky and Woody go on the road trip of a lifetime and learn that the world is much bigger for a toy than ever imagined.
The big A TOY STORY: EVERYTHING STOP AT NO COMMAND Festival Guide
The wait is finally over! On August 15th, our old and many new Toy Story stars can finally be seen again in cinemas nationwide with A TOY STORY: EVERYTHING STOP AT NO COMMANDO! New: Ducky and Bunny, two toy plush toys who see themselves as the main prize. Loose and casual, the two always have a cool saying on their lips. So it's perfect that the festival season starts shortly before the cinema release. Together with Ducky and Bunny we have collected the ultimate survival tips and tricks for real festival and road trip professionals:
The parking space is the be-all and end-all
If you want to have the party of your life à la “to the point of insanity and completely cheerful”, choose your pitch wisely! Important: cool neighbors, fun running acquaintances in the aisle and a short walk to the concession stand. If you arrive late, you have to make do with the seats next to the Dixi toilets (smell!), right next to the fence (unofficial Dixi toilet!) or directly in the hallway (too much action!). Special hack: To make it easier to find the tent again, simply hoist a flag on it.
wet wipes. The rescuers in need!
Every visitor is probably aware of the fact that the hygiene conditions on the festival grounds are deficient in every corner and edge. Wet wipes are therefore an absolute must-have. These can be used, among other things
- as a shower in the morning after getting up and in the evening full of sweat after dancing all the time.
- to remove make-up residue from the day before.
- for wiping your face and fingers after a greasy snack of chips.
- for cleaning your feet before crawling into the tent.
- after going to the toilet, when the sink breaks down (assuming there is one at all!).
No place for fashionistas
An important tip for all fashionistas: It's better to avoid the white sneakers and the yellow hippie dress and opt for practical and functional clothing so that you are prepared for bad weather. You don't have to pack too much anyway, because no one expects you to wear fresh clothes every day ;-) Additional tip: Pack dark clothes so that you can adapt to the dirt and dust on the site.
A little peace in the midst of chaos
Quietness at a festival is usually a foreign concept. But after a long day at the festival, everyone wants at least a few minutes in their own private retreat. These two gadgets are the basic requirement for this: noise-proof earplugs and an opaque sleeping mask. And if nothing really helps: bury yourself in the sand!
Don't forget to eat!
In addition to drinking, you shouldn't forget to eat because of all the dancing. If you are short on money, you should definitely think of a gas stove and a supply of cans with all sorts of contents in advance - don't forget the spork ;-). Also a good tip to combat the hangover: bananas! With their high proportion of B6, they prevent possible sagging.
A TOY STORY: EVERYTHING STOPS NO COMMAND opens in cinemas on August 15, 2019 - also in Disney Digital 3D™.
